Again, you took umbrage with my first statement and asked for clarification which I gave. You then discounted my clarification and repeatedly reverted back to my first statement in order to remain offended. That isn't steadfast; that's dishonest.
If you want to have a productive conversation, then stop attacking my character, and just discuss the topic at hand. Well, in the future, that is. I'm too tired to explain myself any further on this one. If you're going to attack and assassinate my character, then there's nothing we can really discuss, because I can't move past that. Simply put, I don't deserve it, and I'm tenacious enough to stand up for myself. It's one of my good qualities that my husband and family appreciates--because I stand up for them in the same way. Likewise, I can appreciate your loyalty for your son and your defense against anyone who might slight him in any way, but you're picking a battle with someone at this point who isn't your son's enemy.

But here's the problem with your clarifications....you still haven't backed off the original statement and therefore, I assume you still stand by it. For me, the more you explained, the deeper you dug. You can clarify 'til the cows come home and Jesus comes, but it still is what it is. Regardless of your "clarifications" (or as it appears, "excuses"), you still believe that some people aren't smart in their own way, or, some people aren't smart. Clarify 'til you rub blisters typing, but you believe some people aren't smart. If you correct that statement, I'll move along and whistle a happy tune.
But if you're going to stick to that opinion along with your multiple "clarifications", I guess I'd like to know simply this....how is it that you identify "Not smart"? Since you believe some people aren't smart, I would have to assume you have a validation standard of some kind for you to issue a decision on someone. Can you share what that is? If you believe some people aren't smart, and you stated that some on this forum aren't (post #20), how have you determined that?
