I am for women preacher all of the way. I don't think that women should be pastor's but as far as ministers and missionaries that is great. Some of the women ministers are a whole lot better than the men ministers. I have a 89 year old grandmother that is a lady minister and has taken it to heart and really obeyed the call of God and has put some men to shame. Some of the Apostolic preachers doesn't approve of lady ministers, that is fine and your belief, but, as far as me I am behind any lady minister that is called of God all of the way. I even had a great aunt that was a lady minister, she had done gone on to meet her reward. The church that I attend, if it wasn't for a lady minister obeying God and coming to this area, we may not have a great Apostolic church to attend like we do. Anyway, God Bless you all.

The Catacombs prove women played a great part in the early church...Remember it was not I that left the drawings there...
The councils of the so called church prove women played a great part...why take them OUT of the pulpit if they were never there in the first place?
Just as Rome took away and added too...they are guilty of taking women from ministry...

You do not even have to study Apostolic Pentecostal History about women in ministry...study the history of the Catholic church...

Well ok, let's take the word of God literally then and show me where the bible forbids women PREACHING not to be confused with TEACHING

- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

When you open the Word of God and start preaching you take what is not yours or usurp authority if men are present 1Timothy 2:12.Paul was writing to Timothy a young pastor with instructions for proper protocal in the church and for ordaining elders.

That's not what it means by "usurp" authority. Now you are adding to the word of God
The greek word means to exercise dominion, it does not mean "to preach"

There is no theological reason that God can't use a woman to speak on his behalf.
