Because basically you may leave the weak and some Oneness behind and you will leave the weak to ROT in their weakness.

This is true, but NOT ONE TIME has any speaker spoken anything that was anti-oneness!!!!

The purpose of having them was to expose them to our worship and our way of doing things. It was not for them to teach us the trinity doctrine!!

It is very interesting to me that every thread that addresses doctrinal absolutes or the erosion of them, is swiftly swept into a "standards" debate. As Steadfast has stated, there are variations to separation taught in each church whether liberal or conservative. (and yes both libs and cons teach some level of separation)

The issue here has little to do with standards, but has everything to do with doctrine. The doctrine of the trinity is a false doctrine! Since this false doctrine is the foundation of their belief it leaves all subsequent doctrines in question i.e. baptism, eternal security, etc. The PAW is facing a critical doctrinal erosion.

The only parallel to the UPCI's passing of res 4 IMHO is that the men who passed res 4 kept bringing it back until it passed, and the men who brought this res to the PAW will keep bringing it back until it passes as well.

The slippery slope didn't happen here and from what I can tell by his preaching recently, we won't be sliding into accepting Trinitarianism like PAW.

But it does have certain consequences and does reveal certain emphases...

I read a day or two ago where your son-in-law had been to CC for four years and still didn't know what the baptism of the Holy Ghost was.

How can a church call itself even remotely Pentecostal and that be the case?

Ferd, I would be disappointed if you,PP, or anyone on AFF weren't steadfast in Apostolic doctrine!!

I just think that having a trinny speaker for a community event at your church isn't compromising on doctrine!

and they would change their doctrine as a result ?? Does it matter if they never change it or does your church only want them to be exposed to your way of operation ?

how do you REALLY feel about having mainline denominational preachers in your pulip? just curious

Do you have a message on the Revelation of Jesus Christ? I looked on your site but can't find one?

Pianoman - They could never understand that in a million years and you know it. They do not understand Apostolic Influence. It's got to be a beat and a bang and we are going to heaven and they believe in THREE GODS and they indoctrinate people every time they get up with that THREE GOD TRINITARIAN false doctrine and if you don't believe THE TRUTH as I SAY it and are not baptized in MY POOL - your only THREE VOTES AWAY FROM THE FIRES OF HELL and all of y'all is lost but ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will never understand the incredible Apostolic Influence that Christ Church and Pastor Hardwick has had on Nashville and the World! I wonder how many THOUSANDS have been baptized in the wonderful name of our Lord Jesus Christ there and have been filled with the precious Holy Spirit? God bless Pastor Hardwick and CHRIST CHURCH NASHVILLE!
