I didn't understand Felicity to be speaking of 'to rise' as being exalted up the hierarchy of an organization but as to rise in the favor of God in the work of God whether they are in an organization or not. These men, the cream so to speak, will be approved of God and men not because of who they are but because of God's anointing on their lives.

It was very brief so I was feeling out Godair's church in Durham and Huntley's church in Raleigh....met some kind folks at Godair's church who invited me and my wife to dinner with other church members....

....while I was there....David Bernard came one weekend to preach at Godair's...

Chinese is good if it's "good" Chinese. I had some of the best Canadian-Chinese when I was home a couple weeks ago. Ended up fellowshipping at the same restaurant 3 evenings in the same week sharing the same combination plate because the food is so good! LOL! And because it's one of the few in the city that stay open past midnight!
