Re: Your NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS
I hate soup and despise V8. I would probably come off of ANY fast with a big "variety" box from KFC.

That was true and I'm not downing UCs but that brother was a true Christian if ever there was one,but he was in a very strict UC assembly and I mean a no watch wearing kind of church.
I doubt he ever had teaching on what foods to eat after fasting.

Me thinks you would have a long stay in a bathroom near you after you had a variety box.

Re: Your NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS
I just want to continue to live HOLY before a Holy God (both outward and inward)!

I'm not quite 5' and always wanted to be taller. You can't see over anyone's head sitting in the pew. You can't reach any shelf but the bottom and then you stretch to reach that one. You have to sit under the steering wheel to drive which is not safe.
Be glad your tall.

I never felt so tall as when I was in Hong Kong last November! Eddie and I were literally head and shoulders above everyone. We met two of our pastors from the Philippines and we towered over both of them. It was a strange feeling!

What we say and do is also a part of our "outward" appearance.

For the second time ever I go to a church where there is one lady shorter than I am. It really feels odd.
