PO - can O'Mara mention the tox report and marijuana in TM's system in his closing remarks? I know there can be objections during closing arguments... Could he also mention what the drink TM bought is for? The issue with Lean?

I don't think he can mention anything that wasn't mentioned during the trial. Actually, the marijuana was brought up during the trial. I don't think he can bring up the drink as it wasn't an established fact - the "lean". They would call it speculation without his texts.
Perfect for the Pros to leave out of evidence, huh? IT would have put the hammer, solidly, on the whole case.

I have a couple of female friends who DO talk like that... they swear as much as my Marine son & his brothers-in arms! It's probably a silly thing to post, but these couple of friends of mine wouldn't think one thing about GZ's language/swearing. I wonder if any of these jurors have a similar vocabulary. (Just something that popped into my head, as I hear this guy cuss over and over and over AND OVER again.)

When I heard it, I thought he was just frustrated. Especially, when he said, "These ******** always keep getting away." You get the idea of his frustration with that comment. At least, that was my initial impression.

Oh, absolutely, I agree. I'm just saying that he's trying to elicit emotion by repeating these words and some of these women may not think anything of a person speaking that way.
