Col 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Then your search is in vain. There is nothing other than the Spirit needed for this to be the case. But , as was previously pointed out, having people be complete in him and being the head of all principality and power is the fruit of all the fulness of the God head dwelling in him. Col. 2:9-10 is describing the fruit of Christ's glorification. The term "all the fulness of the Godhead" is referring to all authority, all power, and all knowledge. So it is evident, therefore, that having the Spirit living in him did not automatically endow him with these attributes. Rather, it was an act of the Spirit dwelling within him that occurred at his ascension to the throne that gave him this honor of what is described in Col. 2:9.

I agree.

The head of all principality and power isn't the result of the fullness of the Godhead dwelling in Him, the head of all principality and power is the result of His God and Father giving Him that authority.

I thought we just agreed that the fullness of the Godhead dwelling in Him was the Holy Ghost and nothing else.

Actually it all came through and by His God and Father, God the Father.

That's hair splitting. God did not do this in the Son until his ascension. That is when all the fullness of the Godhead (all authority, power, knowledge) was manifest through the Son.

Jesus was Holy Ghost filled when He began His ministry...

Luk 4:1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness

In reference to the fullness of the Godhead dwelling in Jesus, you said "there is nothing other than the Spirit needed for this to be the case." The Spirit indwelled Jesus at the beginning of His ministry and if that's all that's needed for fullness of the Godhead, He had it before His ascension 3+ years later.

Of course you are taking what I said out of context. But that is to be expected.

Plus you are ignoring what Peter said in Acts 2:33, but that is also to be expected.

So your comment that "there is nothing other than the Spirit needed for this to be the case" isn't suggesting that the Holy Ghost alone is what indwelled Jesus as the fullness of the Godhead? What else could it mean?

I guess we're right back to the original question, what, other than the Holy Ghost was indwelling Jesus so that the fullness of the Godhead dwelled in Him?
Apparently "there is nothing other than the Spirit needed for this to be the case" isn't what you meant to say.

My comment was in reference to your insistence that something other than the Spirit had to be indwelling Christ, something that nobody here ever claimed. But you are the master at straw man arguments. When are you going to comment on Acts 2:33.

So, we agree that there was nothing other than the Holy Ghost indwelling Jesus which was the fullness of the Godhead indwelling Him? Isn't this comment of yours indicating that....."here is nothing other than the Spirit needed for this to be the case."

Act 2:33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

Yes, Jesus received the promise of His God and Father and it was present at the beginning of His ministry...

Luk 4:1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,

You haven't commented on the passage so I'm not quite sure what your point is concerning Acts 2:33.

What Peter mentions in Acts 2;33 is a completely separate event from what occurred in Luke 4;1. It is obvious that what Peter is describing in Acts 2:33 occurred at the ascension as a result if his glorification.
