See that what I was thinking, I would be like, who and what do you model naked for?
IDK I have people confess all kinds of things to me, sometimes I dont know when to be shocked.
For example...I had a women explain in detail how she was on her way to kill the guy riding with her and she knew where she going to get rid of the body........hows that for hijacking your thread. Sorry didn't mean to just giving an example of the things I hear sometimes!
LOL! Well, I have heard a lot too and I consider the source, but I just wasn't expecting that from this guy at all!!

If some fat woman coworker told me she was once a nude model I would have just thought it was funny and probably would have had trouble not laughing in front of her.

I see medical science as a very functional reason for seeing nudity. It is a necessary thing. But......posing nude for art seems.....well.......pretty unnecessary. lol!
Well, even in the medical field, I preserve privacy when I can. I really don't care to see private parts on people if I don't have to.....LOL!

When I took that CNA class, I was very impressed with the level of privacy they taught us to give to patients. I think in the real world, it often gets missed, but it was taught. During the course of that class, I had to wash men's privates and it didn't bother me at all. Some things just have to be done. But here is something that seems unnecessary to me (posing nude for art), but perhaps there is some necessity to it and at that point, somebody has to do it. But I am trying to decide how much, when, and what is truly appropriate. Some people probably just like pushing the limits.

a) he was just pushing your buttons to see how much it would take to get a reaction
or
b) he is seriously not uncomfortable talking about what he's done in his past. I honestly think that there are people 'in the world' for whom something like this would be no big deal. It's just something they did. Maybe he needed some extra cash at the time? Maybe he saw it as a fun kind of challenge? Maybe he had some friends who dared him to do it? Who knows. But for whatever reason, he doesn't sound like it is something he is ashamed of.
The other thing I was thinking about when I was considering this question is that if someone who is not in church is talking with us and in the course of the conversation happens to bring up the fact that one day back when they were in college they got so drunk they threw up all over and couldn't remember how they got home, we just go, "Good thing you grew up, eh?". But if someone tells us they posed nude, we're uncomfortable around them after that.
Why is that? Why is one sin worse than another? They're not in GOD's eyes.

I used to live in a place where people thought nothing of wearing tiny bikinis around the beach, and even the occasional man some weird kind of thong bottom. A simple drive out of the city and one saw way more than you needed to...
The average sinner doesn't have much of a problem with it, and if you get outside of North America many women/men think nothing of being topless at the beach or suntanning, etc.
You should thank God it bothered you. The Holy Ghost is alive and doing well! Just don't let it offend you. There is a BIG difference between that and being a bit shocked at sin....

I guess it's your opinion that God is "bothered" by things like this? Maybe because that's what the Holy Ghost has told you? If so, I guess we all have to agree. Who could disagree with God? (It only gets complicated when He tells different things to different people. Not that He ever would. )
