I just finished eating venison chili that LR made over a week ago.
That stuff gets better with age.......LOL!
I made the venison chili for the guys from our church who came over and painted our garage for us. Most of them had never eaten venison before. And had no idea that they were eating this time until I told them. LOL You just have to use lots of onions, that's all.
I made a HUGE pan and they ate every drop of it. I couldn't believe how much they put away!! I used 6 1 lb. packages in the chili, so you know I made a TON of chili!!!! MMmmmmmmmmmm (No beans, by the way!)

Deer have also been known to attack during the rut. There are signs at the Carbondale, IL college campus for people to watch out for attacking deer, as people have been injured there.
