If one is going to wear a suit coat or blazer, the shirt should be tucked in. Otherwise, it just looks sloppy.

I wear my shirt tail out all the time. Nothing wrong with it. And it's not sloppy looking.
Is this salvational too, Mr Epley? Does Paul call it a shame somewhere in an obscure verse?

Sloppy is as beauty. It is in the eyes of the beholder. The fashion trend allows this at the moment, and if pressed and neat, I do not find it sloppy.
