SavedLou, last I heard Brother Oddo was in Ruston and was out of the UPCI. As I understand it, Jonathan Foster (of the west monroe fosters) was his assistant. my information is about a year old or so.

Let me kindly correct you on your scripture quote. The misquoting of II Thess. 2:10. is a common error. It actually says, "..because they received not the love of the truth, ...". One little letter in one little word makes all the difference in the meaning. I know what you were gunning for but it won't work in this case.

I let it pass as well. Obvious where wanted the discussion to be headed, since all the questions pulled had been answered in subsequent posts.

From Friday's Shreveport Times Newspaper:

It was not known weeks ago, it was speculated, however it was even stated as PROBABLE then.
Been long day, I can point direction to articles concerning the finer points of offer and acceptance if you need :-)
Even though it was probable, more likely than not, it is now official, as of Sunday Jan. 6th, he will be stationed out of Shreveport.

I guess this kind of speculation is only valid against the Tulsa folks and against the more conservative folks in the UPC

Personally I would have no idea, I have never speculated about either.
