Personally, at this point, we are witnessing a planned collapse of the economy and socio-political structure into a transition to digital currency and implanted digital tracking and identification devices, with a "pandemic" as cover. Unrest is expected so the iron fist inside the velvet glove of our current medically induced martial law is prepositioning to enforce the transitioning agenda.

If necessary, more pandemics, WW3, comets, asteroids, space aliens and a DARPA "Second Advent of Christ/the Mahdi/Bodhisattva/etc" Hollywood production will be rolled out.

So plan accordingly.

Just my opinion based on observations and some talks with old timers (80 plus year old timers).

I won't make any recommendations lest anybody have bad dreams at night or panic attacks. Except for this one: Get close and stay close to God. Like soon.

Do I laugh uncontrollably or do I get angry at such immeasurable idiocy? It's a tough call.

I've been around folks even standing g behind pulpits , saying...."There is no new evil under the sun" in an obvious effort to curtail any sense of urgency that things are changing and that we need to be a prayer closer ....even the more as we SEE the DAY approaching!

Since our fathers fell asleep all things continue as they were.
This is a terrible outlook.It destroys the possibility of being stirred(which is needed)
The bible said, "they are ignorant of this one thing....that it was the word of God that holds the earth and humanity in place".

So by the word of God we discern the seasons and in so doing it stirs a hunger and an urgency in our souls. This is actually the reason we are able to discern the seasons(God gave us some things to look at just for this purpose) He didnt have to give any signs...but to let the faithful know , things are changing and the promise of his return is drawing nigh.
Here is something that is not necessary: His coming is not dependent upon us properly discerning these signs when they happen. He will come at the appointed time regardless of someone's inability to discern the things leading up to that time.
Some may even think, that all things continue to be the same....thay just miss their opportunity to be stirred....
It leaves them in this position: if they dont think his coming seems nigh, they must think he is delaying his coming
The admonition for a person who thinks that the Lord delayed his coming, is if they began to sleep and slumber and be drunken , he will come in an hour when they think not, they will be caught unaware....cast into outer darkness.

I have preaching tapes from the 1960's that state the same thing. The tapes insist that Jesus is coming please get ready. And here we are 60 years later, and Jesus hasn't returned! Why does every situation that arises, weather it be wars, pandemics, stock market goes down, etc. does it have to refer to Christ return? Why don't you obey what John wrote in his last letter,

III John 1:2
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

As far as looking for his coming, that is obeying the gospel.
The bible gives clear signs(to those who believe his coming hasn't been fulfiiled)
Saying he has come already, this would not be a fulfillment, but a misinterpretation of scripture and could overthrow the faith of some.
If he has already come then the resurrection would have passed?
