Oh no!
I had quite a few stumps and roots. I went to town to order some dynamite to blow the stumps out like we used to do them. I know just how to do it. I can blow a stump sky high and no one would be hurt. But when I tried to buy it, they acted like they wanted to call Homeland Security. Man! Am I a dynasaur or WHAT!
So, I went the expensive route. I got a stump grinder out here. You would be hard pressed to find a stump or an objectional root now.

You are so lovable that I can easily see why a neighbor would do that for you. Alas, I do not have a neighbor that loves me THAT much...at least not when they see how much has to be done.

I had a bridal shower later that evening so had to 'curb my appetite' at Grandma's house, but couldn't resist some meatballs & mushrooms in gravy. . .YUMMY!!

Let's see what I have to do today? I need to find a maid service to come and clean the house, because I have a good friend coming in from California Sunday. The house hasn't had a good, thorough cleaning since I moved in.
I may go to the SPCA and find my pooch a sister, so she can run around and have a playmate. I will spend time writing and reading and praying too.

I have done my morning to devotion, my breakfast and now I'm headed out to help a neighboring pastor prepare for a festival at his church.
Sounds like a lot of WORK, but he's worth it.
