No longer a Republican. At the time I mentioned to you that I was a Republican indeed I was registered Republican. But in my state you have to declare your party to vote in the primary and I declared Democrat. So now Ferd, I'm a Democrat, and you're informed. lol

Praise God. Because I couldn't stand it if Obama was McCain.

While one may disagree with Obama's positions he's real....McCain is a phony. A puppet of corporate puppet masters. A panderer who has changed his positions in nearly everything for political expediency. I believe McCain is just another useful idiot of the corporate elite.

But if you must thank anyone, thank those boys who are currently in the military fighting and dying...thank them by ensuring that they only be deployed to fight REAL dangers and REAL threats against our nation. Thank them by valuing them, their lives, and their families above being pawns in wars of choice and not necessity. Thank them by ensuring that they not be ripped form their families to die in a foreign land over misguided national policies and attempts at nation building.

Obama voted present. His vote is one of ambivalence not support. I believe he's tried not to become too enthralled in the abortion debate, for political reasons of course. I would disagree with Obama on this point. Perhaps I'll have a chance to talk to him about it in July.

I give thanks for all our servicemen and pray for them everyday and for their familes. One of my friends son was just deployed for his 2nd tour to Iraq.
I remember very well some similar words about the Vietnam war.
I'll refrain from further discussion here.
Blessings

Barak Obama is sick. As a father of two beautiful boys who were born premature and needed help just to make the first few days of life, I am disgusted that this beast of a homo sapiens or what ever he is would rather protect abortions than an actual human being who was actually suffering AND DYING FROM LACK OF CARE.

disgusting and barbaric and just might be the next president. wow.
Yep. Bush's policies are just that bad. Many will vote for him to ensure that Bush's policies are ended.

Here's the deal...Obama would allow a child to die...Bush and McCain would march that same child into an unnecessary war to be blown to bits as an adult.

While Obama is for choice on these issues...the responsibility for murder lays in the hands of the individual women who make these choices. Obama has never forced a woman to abort.

But Bush/McCain's policies would personally subject America's bravest most faithful to a bloody war of choice, sacrificing them on the altars of globalist nation building exercises to enforce the will of the UN.

True. It's funny how so many people try to put the blame for abortions on politicians when the blame truly rests on women who choose to end the lives of their children.

That's an absurd comment.
You're trying to equate aborting an unborn child with sending a solder into war where he may die?

Good grief. That's absurd beyond words.

If you don't see how ridiculous that comparison is, then it wouldn't even make any sense for me to try to explain it to you.
