Theology in Animation : Servetus and Calvin

Check out my first xtranormal movie. Since Reformation day is Oct. 31 I dedicated it to two reformers: Servetus and Calvin

Re: Theology in Animation : Servetus and Calvin

So, how does anyone follow this man's tenets after knowing his ungodly actions and beliefs?
Aside from that, I think this was well done and easily understood.

I think the problem is that his teachings line up with the Bible.

He taught and expanded on the doctrines of grace but Calvin didn't invent them.

If he didn't then Calvinist are in a world of hurt because the Scriptures do not teach Calvinism. Reformed apologists are nothing new. I encourage them to try and show Paul and Jesus teaching the TULIP. That is purely wishful thinking, tantamount to reading the Trinity into the Scriptures starting at Gen. 1:26.

Whoa...burning people alive is lining up with the teachings of the Bible...yikes!
Okay, okay....I know Calvin wanted to be merciful and just chop off his head!

But, still...not by any stretch of the imagination can what he did to Servetus be construed as "grace".
