yes, I love cassava...we cook it many ways, plantain is also yummy, yummy.

I love mashed Cassava and also mashed green plantains. I don't know why we don't eat them here.

Eddie loves the sweet plantains, but hates the green ones. Once in a while I'll find a really really ripe one and cut it up and fry it for him. I don't like them like that though. Icky!
