I made a great fried rice. then ruined it with some nasty chicken teryaki. ugh.

I only make it the day after I make a pot roast. I use all the leftovers (veggies & chopped meat), including the gravy. Throw it in the crockpot with some basil and parsley, onion & garlic salts. Then I add a can of tomato soup and enough water to make the consistency I want. But the secret ingredient is Heinz ketchup - makes it just the right amount of sweetness. I let it cook on low for about four hours. It's always awesome.

Can you share your recipe on how to not eat all the pot roast?

Tonight:

Pork chops (over a charcoal grill) and baby red potatoes, cubed up with a whole bunch of seasoning and fried/roasted in a disposable tin over the same grill.

I won't say what our beverages will be lest it start a whole new debate......
