Most here took Pastor W's explanation at face value.

It should be stated once again, NO ONE here came after him, HE interjected himself into the forum first, and threatened members here with legal action.

I have no doubt he is a good man at heart, but HE came here and challenged members of this forum, it was NOT a witch hunt, ok?

That's where having a sister organization like NALP is masterful.

The operators of SEU know that by getting people into their paralegal network and creating a venue where these prospective fellows can intern for the necessary 5 years ... while have the opportunity to also pad and validate their ambitions with a law degree from SEU .... makes this path alluring while seemingly legitimate.


Boora's work for NALP/SEU tells us a lot .... it also gives clear indication as to motive and the reason why Baron's emails to the "director" of SEU seemed to be saying some of the same things we are hearing from other avenues.

The fellow candidate gets a degree and a real ILEX credential ...

The scam I believe comes after ... when a person walks in to a law office and rests easy in the knowledge that their lawyer executive has a degree (SEU)

The following to me makes laugh out loud.

In describing the Joint Programme with SEU ... NALP's page says:

Under the Programme, Degrees are offered at both Bachelors and Master's levels and are open to all Associate Members and above and to all those who can show a qualification or qualifications of an equal level.

The cost of the programme is extremely cheap, but that is because the Association absorbs the administrative costs.

It must be stressed that the Degrees are not 'qualifying degrees' for the purpose of proceeding to qualify as either a Solicitor or a Barrister and that the degrees are offered by an American University and not a UK University

Yes, although there is discussion as to whether or not he intended to be considered as part of the legal team by use of the word "we"

Initially both he and James Anderson for some reason believed there were grounds to bring legal action against this forum and/or some of its members.

Since everything initially stated here has been proven, they of course no longer feel that way.

Regardless the point is THEY came HERE in attack posture, it was NOT the other way around.

No one is out to get them.

They are both good men that made a mistake in judgment, nothing more, nothing less.
