Someone posted this link on Facebook. It's for a whole plethora of information, but I happened to type in apple to test it out and it gave me all the information I needed for the nutritional value, etc. I thought of this thread and decided to post the link if anyone was interested. It's pretty cool.
Just checking in, I hope everyone is still going strong! I'm down 37.4 pounds for the year, and 91.6 pounds total!
(I still have at least 40 to go though )
...and you had to bring this up on holiday/party week!
