[QUOTE=Falla39;
The Jews lost contact with their Jehovah God when He was manifested in
the Son. All through the OT He sent prophets, rising up early and sending
them but they kept persecuting and killing them. Then finally He came IN
the Son and they didn't recognize who He was, so they killed him too. IF
they had known who He was, they would not have crucified the King of Glory.

Jesus
chose twelve men to be his disciples to follow him. He walked
and talked among him and taught them. They saw the miracles he did. They
saw him heal the sick and raise the dead, and forgive sins. After his death,
burial and resurrection, he appeared to them and others. Before his ascension,
he appeared to them and taught them some more.
Luke 36-48.
Then in vs 49 he tells them, "And behold I send the promise of my Father unto
you: BUT tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from
on high" And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands
and blessed them. And while he blessed them, he was parted from them and carr-
ied up into heaven. AND they WORSHIPPED him, and returned to Jerusalem with
GREAT JOY: And continued in the temple, praising and blessing GOD.
