The worst part about eating there is knowing the place is owned by Ted Turner.

It is really kewl. I remember two things about the event we had there...

They had Wolfgang Puck cater the food and that particular night was apparently "breeding night" for the whales... it was violent.

I agree with ChTatumOneal that The Varsity is a must do for lunch one day if you have never been.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: If you were going to Deluth/Atlanta...

The buffalo meatloaf at Ted' Montana Grill is great! I had it in Nashville though, not Atlanta.

If you go to Bahama Breeze, as suggested by CC1, don't leave without the Key Lime Pie. Best I've ever had!!

Fogo de Chao is awesome - we went in Sao Paulo, Brazil last year, but I assume the U.S. ones would be basically the same. There is so much food on the food bar BEFORE the meat starts coming that you can easily fill up before they start bringing the meat. So don't eat too much salad & sides!!

There is a CocaCola museum that's pretty cool - haven't been in years though.

Not a chance, I like my healthcare.

Hubby's work is taking him to Georgia and Las Vegas over the next few months and I'm hopping along for the ride!

I'll remember to sanctify the food with prayer and thanksgiving!
