Re: church in houston is charasmatic

What has been accomplished by posting this?? Has it really helped anyone? Has it helped the church or the Pastor that is accused??
I don't believe that God is pleased with all the vultures on forums like this that are just waiting for someone to fall down so that they can kill and devour them. What gives any of us the right to put down another? Doesn't the Bible tell us to PRAY for one another - and if we see a brother in a fault to GO TO THEM IN LOVE ? It doesn't say go to the world and declare it wherever you can.
Shame on you!

But Committed.... at least we know that someone in our midst is perfect. I'm sure they must be and are following all scripture.

Maybe they overlooked these passages....

Mt 7:3* And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Mt 7:4* Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
Mt 7:5* Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.
Lu 6:41* And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
Lu 6:42* Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother’s eye.

Must have been important with that many references.

And what about these additional verses....

Mt 7:1* Judge not, that ye be not judged.
Mt 7:2* For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
Lu 6:37* Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

Uh oh! I guess someone will say I'm judging. Don't think so; don't mean to. Just reading what they posted in reference to what the scripture says. And then they will say they were just judging the afore mentioned church by what the scripture says. Where does this stuff stop?

LIGHTS? LOUD MUSIC? LIKE A CONCERT?
Sister, I'm just glad you got out of there before their heathen spirit could jump on you and send you straight to hell.

Completely ignoring your comment on hair, I would like to ask where exactly in the Bible it states what a "church" should look like? Just wondering.

Also, how is the fact that Elder wasn't there relevant to anything you have said. The fact that we was absent helps your "case" in no way. Elder travels a LOT and is also in his 80's. How dare he ever miss a service.

Lastly, how dare you go so far as to say that a move of God could never happen in that church. If you would had stayed long enough instead of getting so easily offended, you would have experienced one of the most sincere, scriptural messages that you've ever heard from the heart of a man that loves God and seeks out His will for the church. You would have also experienced an incredible move of God. Unlike you, God looks past everything and see straight to our hearts.

Thank you for judging. And most importantly...I forgive you.

One more thing. You say "what if I had been a sinner and needed GOD."
Must I remind you that we are ALL sinners saved by grace. Another thing is that you DOneed God.
