Go read the thread. I was very, very kind. Yet my beliefs were mocked. I was told that unless I tolerated Trinitarianism, I was somehow evil.

I'm not sure what you are calling "Oneness doctrine." I tend to quit reading posts on "the Godhead" because they become very detailed and confusing to me. Each poster seems to disagree with and often put down the other posters. I believe that God is a single Spirit being who fills all space and time and Who came to us in the person of His Son Jesus Christ, and now lives in us as the Holy Spirit. Therefore God is simultaneously Father, Son, and Holy Spirit but is one God. To some folks that is the doctrine of the trinity and to others it is the doctrine of oneness or Jesus only. I don't like labels like "trinitarian" or "oneness." It is my opinion that most folks pretty much believe the same about God whether we label ourselves "oneness" "trinitarian."

Since it is not April fools day I am checking to see if it is a full moon. If it is not next step is to call EA's wife and make sure he has not stopped taking his meds!

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Yep, you can say that again!

I am against the doctrine of the trinity. It is error plain & simple. However, I do believe one can be a trinitarian, and be a Christian. They just have an incomplete view of exactly WHO Jesus is.

I believe in one God and I also believe that God is one. I believe in baptism in Jesus' name and I believe in the infilling of the Holy Ghost.
I was justified/saved/born again on March 28, 1955 when, at the age of 17, I asked Jesus Christ to come into my heart.
I was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ on October 27, 1955 at Elim Tabernacle (UPC) in Milwaukee, WI.
I was baptized in the Holy Ghost on Pentecost Sunday May 20, 1956 at Bethel Tabernacle (UPC) in Racine, WI.
I believe in Acts 2:38. I believe I have experienced all three experiences of Acts 2:38:
1. salvation
2. water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ
3. baptism in the Holy Ghost
I've experienced all three of those experiences, however, I do not believe I was any more saved after water baptism nor after Spirit baptism than I was before.
Not everyone on this forum agrees with my understanding of Acts 2:38 but it is a valid belief held by many who call themselves Apostolic, Pentecostal, Charismatic, Full Gospel or just Christian.
Some times I may come off a little caustic in some of my comments here but I do not doubt the salvation or sincerity of those who do not see things the way I do.
Each of us here who loves the Lord and His Word is as important as any other on this forum. We need to do a better job of disagreeing without being disagreeable and a better job of contending without being contentious.

AFF has become a place that actively mocks my beliefs. On the most recent thread I started, every admin that participated defended Trinitarianism and actively posted against Oneness doctrine.
Again, this place is now enemy territory. It exists solely to tear down basic doctrinal truths.
This thread will be removed, I'm quite sure.

Ed,
Have I offended you? If so, please let me know what I've said that offended you.

You have not offended me.
We disagree, but I am not offended by anything you've posted.
