You need to see it again. according to the video and her statement, while she was outside the car he told her she was under arrest, after that is when she got back in the car. She even said he told her she's under arrest.

I see nothing wrong with what the police officer did.
1. she should have not gotten out of the car.
2. if she isnt smart enough to know better than to get out of the car, then she should have gotten back in the car when the officer told her to.
3. when she proved too dumb to get back in the car, she should not have tried to get in the car/resist arrest when the police officer told her she was under arrest.

there ought to be a law that requires people be tazed for being stupid.

If a cop says your under arrest, can't resist, that's my point. Don't think there's a law against getting out of vehicle. It appears he was wrong. My initial statement was directed to the fact once a cop says your under arrest you cant' walk away or get back in your car refusing to get out. also said it for a little shock value.
