Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?
Dinner? BLECH! After the lunch I had? I don't even want to THINK about food! NOW would be the time to start a 21 day FAST! LOL
But for lunch there was ham, turkey breast, potato salad, broccoli salad, baked beans and croissants. THEN for dessert there was pumpkin roll, hummingbird cake, pecan pie, earthquake cake, caramel rolls and a "fun" Easter Cake that I brought. UGH! Just typing it makes me sick!

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?
We had lunch/dinner at my brother's for Easter.
Ham
Mashed Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes
Green Bean Casserole
Stuffing
Cinnamon apples
Corn Casserole
rolls
pickled eggs
hard boiled eggs
pickles, olives, etc.
delicious homemade jalapeno beef sticks
puppy chow
dilled oyster crackers
cheese dip and nacho chips
lemon cake
apple pie
cherry pie
I'm sure I'm leaving alot out, but I can't think of it right now. I'm STUFFED!!
So now it's 4 hours later and I'm eating Puppy Chow and Oyster Crackers for my bedtime meal.

My favorite quick meal is a steaming chunk of hot cornbread and a cold glass of buttermilk. YUM, YUM!!!!!

We ate at Buffalo Wild Wings.
Nothing like potato wedges and WILD-sauce dipped wings.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?
Homemade beef stew, made from leftover roast. I love it when a $6.00 roast (on sale) makes two meals, plus leftovers! I feel like I've defeated the system.
Oh, also we had lemon ice box pie, which Eddie loves.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?
Homemade soup and pancakes...LOL...I wanted homemade soup and my husband just wanted pancakes. So, I made homemade soup and he made pancakes. He ate pancakes and I ate soup AND pancakes.
What an exciting dinner for old folks.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?
We had pizza tonight. On nights when I have a DVD to finish and Keith has baseball practice and Walt has Fire Meeting, there's not much point in trying to put together a decent meal. Nor is there time. So pizza worked for me.
