Do you ban everyone who uses a false identity? Don't you have others on here who mislead us.
I remember PMing an Supposed Amish Lady, turns out someone was using a ficticious identity. ( claiming to be something they weren't )
I am a guy so no I do not wear makeup my wife UPC her whole life wears base I myself and her see no scripture against wearing makeup granted it is expensive..
So then guess fragrances must be a sin too, since those pagan Egyptians used them.
No scripture?
3 While he was at Bethany in the house of Simon the leper,* as he sat at the table, a woman came with an alabaster jar of very costly ointment of nard, and she broke open the jar and poured the ointment on his head. 4But some were there who said to one another in anger, ‘Why was the ointment wasted in this way? 5For this ointment could have been sold for more than three hundred denarii,* and the money given to the poor.’ And they scolded her. 6But Jesus said, ‘Let her alone; why do you trouble her? She has performed a good service for me. 7For you always have the poor with you, and you can show kindness to them whenever you wish; but you will not always have me. 8She has done what she could; she has anointed my body beforehand for its burial. 9Truly I tell you, wherever the good news* is proclaimed in the whole world, what she has done will be told in remembrance of her.’
How do you all get face painting from this?
Ask your pastor.
Fragrances not only are not a sin but the prayers of the saints are a sweet smelling savor no different than the sweet smell of the altar of sacrifice when Noah left the Ark.
I agree Sis A, but I also believe that just because something was done in Egypt doesn't mean it came from Egypt. Some of these things predate Israels time in Egypt and have been done by almost every culture before and after.
that is very true...
blessings to you folks. Come visit us sometime in Brazil.

Interesting.
Well, there were false brethren in the New Testament church (2 Cor 11:26, Jude 1:4)...
So I suppose we're gonna have to deal with false brethren and impostors on Apostolic forums as well.

Wow, I can't imagine someone would pay $300 to ask or answer a question. Just what do you do?
And Edwards paid 500 bucks for haircuts.

Actually, yes. Imperial Majesty is a limited edition of a Clive Christian signature scent. Sold simply as No. 1, the fragrance is priced at $2,150 an ounce
And non Christians spend 35 billion a year on cosmetics.
