Shadows On Screen

While posting this am I noticed I am getting like a shadow on my screen for everything there. It is a shadow seen just to the right of letters or pictures. This started shortly after some updates were installed (hopefully) by Windows this am. Whoever it was had complete control of my PC.

Anyway does anyone know how to get rid of the shadows?

Just went over to an online tech forum and typed this problem in. A guy having the same problem said he found the cable from his monitor to the pc was loose. He plugged in tighter and was good to go.

I checked mine pushed tighter and wow its fixed!

Easiest problem ever fixed.
