that God does in the heart. Turns those stony hearts into fleshly tablets.
God wanted to turn those stony hearts into hearts of flesh. Fleshly
tables of the heart and write His Word (Law) there. He desired to put
His Law inside them.

2Cor.3:3:

3 clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.

I found a scripture references these people:

God has a plan, and He is working His plan. We have all kinds of ideas, but the plan of God is being fulfilled day by day. One by one man is being redeemed as we complete our course, then finally even the creation (cosmos) is to be redeemed.

God is not a God of distruction, that is the function of fallen man, He will not torture or torment, He will redeem it all.

Yes, he is working his plan.

Yes, he still adds to the church daily such as should be saved.

Yes, all of creation will be restored in the day of the Lord...the restoration of all things.

No God is not the God of destruction.

No, God has never tormented anyone nor will he ever. Men who go to hell go there as a transgressor since hell was prepared for the devil and his angels.

There is no redemption for he who has refused him. After death, the power of choosing is gone.
