Again, you are avoiding the real issue with a false accusation.

Nice try

Brother, because the principle still remains. The original post aside, condemning a musician and his pastor as hypocrites, without having all the facts.

It's obvious others are STILL talking about it as well. Referencing WD's prior post. I'm also defending myself, as I have You make a good point though. It may be time to bow out of this thread. Good day, ya'll.

That was a LONG time ago. Times have changed.

I have not read any post saying they hate the pastor's wife.

Yes, you are highly charged emotionally rambling.

And what's the difference in the SINGERS singing at an event and the MUSICIANS playing at a non church event????? Why is it just the musicians getting it?
I'm not looking at this only thru the point of being a musician. I'm only bringing out one aspect that others failed to address. We're an easy target.
besides, it's non of anyone's business anways is it???
Mark, Mark, Mark. That's a bunch of foolishness and you know it!
Again, There is no problem with the singers OR musicians performing at the event. The argument is over the musicians playing for an artist who is not apostolic. Can you comprehend that?

It's an inference to tone of his posts - and most recent posts going on about his personal issues with how the pastor's wife dresses.

Just as mine was inferred as pompous. Subjective now isn't it?

Drink something sweet today, okay? Lots of sugar.

See a prior post on this. State requested them to play at a community event in a non-worship atmosphere. No altar call. If you disagree with that, that's fine. But let's be clear we are splitting hairs here. And one has to ask "WHY?". Why does it bother you so deeply?

And who is the original poster. Dimples is good at research, maybe you can find out.

A. R. Kensington.

Doesn't take research. Click on members name to find all posts and threads by that person.

It wouldn't be a big deal if they weren't associated with WPF.
It is my understanding this is a civic event Martin Luther King's celebration. Are you prejudiced? Maybe you didn't like Dr. King ? A white supremist or something?
