It looks like you only changed your profile pic, not your avatar.

Posting an Avatar:
Go to
User CP. (Top left corner)
On the menu on the left under Settings & Options, click on
Edit Avatar.
You need to check the Use Custom Avatar circle.
Under Option 1, you will need to choose a pic that is hosted online.
Photobucket.com is a good choice in hosting sites.
Enter the URL address of the image in the box (
http://...) then click the
Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
If you have a pic on your computer you'd like to use, you can choose Option 2, Upload Image From Your Computer. Click the 'Browse' button, and select your pic from your computer's directories.
