We discussed this on another thread awhile back...I think it a deliberately obtuse response to take the video that was posted and try to imply that SP is baptized "in Jesus' name" in the way most Apostolics understand the terminology.
It's POSSIBLE that she was, but it is more likely that she was baptized in the titles, and IMO anyone who implies otherwise is being deliberately deceptive, maybe in a misguided attempt to pull one of those "she's lookin' our way" stunts.
Mind you, I'm not questioning the validity of her baptism, because I wasn't there and can't say for sure one way or the other--but MOST Assembly of God pastors I've known do NOT baptize "in Jesus' name."
For ministers in the UPCI or elsewhere to then take a statement that she was baptized in Jesus' name and imply that it means the same thing in an AoG church that it does to Apostolics, and present it as such is dishonest.
