Huh... I'm sorry, but I fail to see the word antiChrist in this scripture. Your assuming that the son of perdition is the antiChrist, but where is your Biblical proof that this scripture is talking about the antiChrist?

Some Christians will vote for the man who "says" he's all for the Bible, values, etc. But recently, all who say they are have just been pandering to us, lying, and deceiving us to get our votes. The Antichrist will be pro-war and pro-death penalty. He'll blend religious dogma with his politics. At the outset he'll be a MAJOR supporter of Israel and peace. The Antichrist will most likely walk hand in hand with the Pope (false prophet). To have the Vatican's support and do all this... he'd have to be rather conservative.

When I got this one, I again checked Snopes & they quote directly from the book of Revelation: there's no mention of him being in his 40s or a Muslim.

I'm amazed sometimes at how many "Apostolics" are so quick to traffic in misinformation (aka lies) that they got in an email, without even showing any interest in trying to check out the information before they go breathlessly spreading false information for all to see.

And the thing is, often all it takes is a 60-second Google search to debunk some of these silly, and/or blatantly malicious rumors that are passed around all over the 'net.

Hate to say it, but sometimes I almost have to remind myself that this is supposed to be a Christian forum. Because it's almost as if some folks are more interested in the sensationalism of a story, than the truthfulness of it.

Unfortunate, to say the least.

Where is the temple of God? It's our bodies... no longer does God dweal in a temple made with hands, but he lives within us now. The man of sin was revealed in me and I turned to Jesus and now I'm a new creature. So... what does this have to do with antiChrist?

Let me make it easy for everyone. The scripture mentions antichrist four times. Get modern day teachings out of these four scriptures.

1 John 2:18
18 Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
KJV

1 John 2:22
22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.

1 John 4:3
3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.

2 John 7
7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

Notice that 1 John 4:3 says that the spirit of antichrist was already in the world at the time this was written. And that antichirst is simply a spirit. Anything that is against Christ is antichrist. Antichrist is not "A" man.
