Quite frankly, it's barely noticeable. A skin-colored bra would've solved the problem either way, but it's not really that bad.

I see nothing wrong with the color. It's probably the backdrop that makes the green look so odd.

I think that was PM's point. - That her advisor might could have found out what colors would have made her look as fabulous as possible.

It is barely noticable, and would have thought it was the light hitting her shoulder unless someone pointed it out.

Sounds like you are having your own "haterade" when insulting two classy first ladies; Laura and Barbara Bush. Maybe the dress Michelle wore could have worked out at another function but not the DNC. She doesn't have to wear the usual suit but that dress was awful and clingy.

I would not say she looks like a tramp. But, I think if this were Laura, Barbara, Hillery, and on an on, they would have worn a suite. Exposing that much neckline in a tight sweater does not look like attaire for a national convention where everything will be seen. The camera will pick up nose hair for petes sake. If I were speaking at one--it would mean new clothes, very consertive, hair cut, grooming, new shoes..everything. She looks like she jerked on this sweater in the limo ride from the hotel.
