Other than the fact it will help him get elected I don't care if he has HRC for his running mate, I want to see 1 or 2 more spots on the SC go to conservatives and more conservatives overall in the federal judiciary. 4 or 8 years from now whoever is elected will be gone but those federal judges sit for life.

You are right about that, if more conservatives get on the SC, I believe that Roe v Wade will be overturned and make abortion illegal again. That will be a good day.

You know, there are whole states that Obama had just better write off instead of wasting money trying to campaign there.

Between his lack of experience, his Party and his Race-- this race is for McCain to lose (borrowing from Ferd's terms).

I want Obama to win, but I don't see it. Not him, not right now.

In my opinion, any vote for or against him based on color is equally racist and equally wrong.

Sam,
if you're referring to the Blacks who are perceived to be voting for Obama just because of his race, remember that MOST of these Blacks would be voting for the Democratic candidate any way.

They always vote Democrat, ALWAYS.

Besides, don't you remember that when Obama started out, HRC carried the Black vote solidly, for a long time.

It was a Black woman that got that idiot J W an engagement at the National Press Club to speak, just so that J W can cause more negative publicity for Obama. This happened right before Obama disowned J W.

There is a black woman medical doctor running for congress as a conservative Republican in Atlanta. That ought to mess with people's heads!

LOL!

I'm a registered Republican myself, so to emphasize always was false on my part-- but I think he got the point I was trying to make which is:

most of the folks who are voting for Obama would be voting Democrat anyway.

Re: If elecs were today, who do you predict would

The biggest missing story today in politics is question 3 on the battleground polls which shows that the country is consistently approximately 62% conservative.

Which makes one wonder how on earth McCain got nominated . . . .
