I didn't read the whole thread so someone may have mentioned this already, but I would cut the cardio stuff by
half or more -and substitute it with good old fashion weight training. Muscles burn calories, even when your sleeping. A nice buff bod will literally burn more calories during 8 hours of sleep then 30 minutes on a treadmill or bike.
