Re: Church Shooting in Tennessee

I remember this happening at a little Baptist church in East TX a few years ago. During Sunday morning worship service. And then it happened once in Ft. Worth at a Youth meeting. Yes it is sad.

But I am thinking about the one man that stood in the gap. I wonder if I could have the courage to do that, knowing that I might die?

The shooter not agreeing with political views and using that as a reason to take lives IS sad. Rest in peace to those who died and prayers for the ones in the hospital.

Re: Church Shooting in Tennessee

When I lived in Knoxville I met the Pastor of that church, he bought suits from me. He was a very nice man if memry serve me right. When I saw this stort I was at the gym on the elliptical machine working out. I saw it was in Knoxville, then I saw the sign of the church and knew exactly what church it is. I also knew immediately that it was most likely a conservative better stated a conservative-redneck! My buddy work for KPD-the police and he was in church himself at FAC and he knows some of the guys that arrested him. The police chief Sterling Owen that was quoted in the story is a friend of the family and infact he was at my mothers memorial service. Nice man!

Re: Church Shooting in Tennessee

Just curious...

Has anything like this ever happened in an Apostolic church?
