10. That change is inevitable but it doesn't mean they personally need to change any of their own integrity or conviction.

These are off the top of my head. I know there are other points as well.

The most important thing is to let these people know they are important and will be missed. The worst thing to do is to just ignore these people. The attitude "Oh well, just let them go then" is deplorable in my opinion.

Having come through the rain myself...I'd say that Felicity has very valid points here.

It's just an internet forum! It is not a substitute for real life. It is a diversion. It is supposed to be fun. It is a way to communicate with others. Joining, leaving......it's our choice as to where we're going to be. Organization, no organization.....none of it really matters! What really matters is that I am following Jesus Christ. I can do that from here or anywhere really.

I am happy when folks join and disappointed when they leave. But it's just an internet forum!!! Don't forget that. It's just an internet forum!
