McCain Attempts to Skirt Senate Voting Record

At a town hall meeting in Denver, McCain's war record as a Senator was questioned by a Vietnam War veteran. McCain sidestepped questions on why he voted against an increase in health care funding for our troops coming home from Iraq.

McCain ended up lying about various awards that he received from veteran associations. When pressed with the truth about his rating by veteran associations on his voting record, McCain became defensive and downright rude!

Why was he taking credit for the new GI Bill when he was against it all along?

Why are so many people backing him when there are so many questions about his character?

Why not back Bob Barr who has more of the qualities that we need in our President?

The video is worth watching even though it aired on Countdown (Ferd and DT).

i might watch it when I get home. I dont have access at work to You tube.

but honestly when we get down to it, McCain's record is vastly better than that commie obama.

That doesnt mean I think McCain's record is perfect. there simply are 2 options. One i can live with. the other i will live with ONLY if forced.

Come on now, Ferd! This video wasn't posted in support of Obama, so there was no need to bring him into the mix.

McCain worries me jsut as much as Obama!

Ahh my friend, but these things are completly linked. you dont talk about one without making a comparison.

If McCain had called this guy a two fold child of the devil and a retard, it would not stop me from voting for him.... because a vote for McCain is a vote against Obama.
