Re: Salvation for the deaf and mute?: Say it ain't

THIS IS WHAT THE INFO OF THE VIDEO SAYS:

She has accepted Jesus Christ as part of her life, and baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of her sins and received the gift of the Holy Spirit (Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38).

Will she be saved if the name was not verbalized?

Articles on such subjects as "The New Birth," will be accepted, whether they teach that the new birth takes place before baptism in water and Spirit, or that the new birth consists of baptism of water and Spirit. - THE PENTECOSTAL HERALD Dec. 1945

Can she be saved if her sin is not washed away by the efficacy of saying the name of Jesus during the baptism?
