Re: How many "Mac" users do we have? (just curious

My biggest concern when switching was that most of my programs are PC and I didn't want to have to abandon them. Well, as I mentioned in an earlier post, when I found out that VmWare would allow me to run XP in a WINDOW, not dual boot or parrallels, I was sold!!

In fact, from my Mac side, I can't print to our copier because it doesn't have a Post Script driver. Not to worry, I simply loaded the PCL driver on my Windows side and it works like a champ. We are getting a new copier next week so that will no longer be a problem.

I have an old Bible software program that no longer exists in cyber world. So certainly no Mac version. No problem! I just loaded it on my windows side and now I can copy from my windows side and paste into my Mac side.

So, you CAN run windows games on the windows side without any problem!! Such a deal!!! I no longer have to LUG my Dell Inspiron 9400/1530 that weighs a ton around. I just grab my Mac, and I'm ready to cruise.

Also, the airport wireless internet card works superbly!!! It connects so easily it's not funny. Now I know why Mac users are so "Maccy."

Switched to Mac a few years back for InDesign (graphic design) for my son's coursework.

We are sold.

Here's a little something for the Mac Lovers in the bunch! I didn't do this, by the way. But, it's COOL isn't it?

[QUOTE=Monkeyman;432861]LOL, my Se 30 is still in it's travel bag...I just can't part with it!

Don't. They're becoming quite valuable, and to still have the travel bag - Great.
