I had a heart that needed changed… I had a major issue with money…I was a taker and never a giver financially. Often had some major pity parties.. I have given of my life in every area… I would sacrifice my own happiness for people… lots of people think I am a giver… but I knew in my heart “don’t touch my money, I work too hard for it” I would fight you over money.  two things that would bring out the passion of fighting over was money or my children…otherwise I am laid back. I had someone I love dearly tell me very bluntly that God needed to work on my money issue. I always denied it..
That being said… I know it is still part of my nature and you are right… I will be tried. I will have to continue in faith believing. My heart just wants to honor God as he has blessed me… |
Repentance, a changed heart, is an awesome work of God's love and mercy. You'll continue to be blessed as you become more like Christlike in your heart. I'm really very happy for you and I rejoice with you! Glory to God!
