I started last week dieting. I have gained 6 lbs since Thanksgiving and want to lose that and about 7 more. So I am in. Right now I am doing Nutrisystem, it is a controlled carb diet. I needed the structure to get started. Count me in.

think they would take 10 or 20 pounds from me and give it to you???? anyone else want to gain a few more pounds? I can have them take 20 or 30 more and then I would not need to lose any.
I start back on the diet tomorrow... I was doing really good... lost ten lbs and was going to the gym almost everyday... had lost more inches than weight...
Then i had some things happen that threw me off schedule over the last three weeks... I just blew it.. I haven't gained any weight back, but my clothes are tighter.... so..back to the gym and back on the diet tomorrow..
I hope to get at least 10 off this month, but i have lots more of those 10's to lose.

yeah, I know..it took me two months to get that off, but I realize that I had built muscle at the gym... cause the scale didn't budge, but I am getting bigger... oh well, I will start over again..
Stephen you might want to advise these people about talking to their doctor before they try this diet.
