I have found out that anything Stouffer's (frozen entrees) is actually pretty good, in a pinch.

I have made their chicken alfredo more than once, and also their chicken enchiladas for ladies' meetings, when I have to take a meat dish and I don't have time to cook. They always get eaten completely and people think they're homemade, because I transfer them to a nice dish. (Is that a sin? Deceiving the ladies?????) Hope not!

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?
I'm probably having leftovers. My hubby fixed two roasts in the oven yesterday to have like barbecue, so we can eat that for a couple of days.
