hehehe, I can't wait for the tomatoes and cucumbers and potatoes. I just hope he doesn't plant corn this year.

Hey, Cneasttx, my daughter just got to Dallas about an hour ago. She is spending the night there and then going on to Lindale tomorrow to start training. She is really excited!

Oh Sherri, that is great. She will probably like it there. Tyler is close and has a great mall. But the area in and around Lindale is growing fast. But YWM is a great org. I know that she will bless and be blessed.

Dinner tonite was kind of a joint effort. My dad cooked corn on the cob in the pressure cooker and it was surprisingly good.
My mom had leftovers in the frig (she hates to throw anything away - lol) and so she warmed up mashed potatoes, squash, carrots and diced onion up in that.
I was craving salmon and salad so my contribution was fresh salmon sauteed/steamed in butter and lemon. And a green salad consisting of romaine and baby spinach, red onion, toasted pecans, fresh sliced mushrooms, and apple slices served with a dressing of equal amount of oil, cider vinegar and sugar. Yummy! And fresh crusty rolls.
I only ate the salmon, salad and half a roll. Must have been something in the salad and salmon that my body was needing because I feel satisfied and sooooo much better now.
Now my mom's wanting me to serve dessert. LOL.
