It was in the high 70's here today and a cold front is coming in tonight and tomorrow's high will be 50. I wore sandals today in honor of the warm day and I'll have to wear socks and toe-in shoes tomorrow -- yuck!

I am a SUMMER person!!!!! I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the long, hot summer days that last until 10 p.m. I love it when the kids and I can be outside enjoying our day until 9:30-10. I love the sound of the frogs and crickets at night when the windows are open. I love being able to walk out the door without having to put on a jacket or coat. I love the smells of summer, the sounds of summer - everything about summer! I can't WAIT until summer gets here!!!!!!!!!

I was thinking the same thing...it was 4:10, I'm on my way home from work and shopping, and it was getting dark...had my headlights on.

dizzy at least it's still nice and warm here - it was 77 here at 1 pm

I love the summer too, but I get tired of the heat, so I love the fall, the smells of fall and the holidays. I just don't like the early darkness!

Yeah, it really hasn't got cold at all yet. Maybe a little chilly early morning and late at night. But I love my winter clothes and my boots, so I'm wearing them already!! LOL! I walk outside after I get off work and it's like, woah, I'm over dressed!

I don't like the early darkness either. feels like there's not enough time in the day.
people seem to be healthier and happier when the days are long and warm.
your summer weather is awful. I've been there and almost killed over from the heat and humidity
