UC's on TV??? Maybe this why we should rethink this!

I wonder if we really have SC's like that in the UPC. Would be interesting, since the UPC itself has its own web site, as does every major apostolic denomination.

I remember in the early days of the web (early 90's) , that a sister I knew of told me of an apostolic pastor who forbid his church members from using the 'net. I've often wondered if that pastor feels the same way still.

Many were against the net in the early 90's because of its association with the "end times" and mark of the beast. All those end time films from the 80's talked in foreboding tones about the upcoming "networks" and computers.... Especially about the mother of all computers, The Beast -a computer a block or two in size and several floors capable of storing the social security number and name of every person in the World! (Something my desktop PC can do now.)
