I spoke to a ORU student who is close to this situation and he said the allegations about the cell phone bill and plane are correct but there is nothing improper going on with the young male.He is a good friend or boyfriend (not sure)of their daughter and she would call him trying to reach her daughter.

If my daughter was out with a guy late at night, I wouldn't think twice about calling him to see when they would be home. Especially if my daughter wasn't answering her cell....
Regardless...I've text messaged our drummer before, reminding him of practice...is it wrong to call or text message kids now? That sounds pretty petty to me. When I call to remind choir members of practice, I call them directly, whether they are male or female. Granted, not at 3 a.m., but if I had a good reason, I would. *shrug* Unless the content of the texts is inappropriate in and of itself, I don't think there's anything here that even matters.
I think this whole lawsuit is a lonnnngggggg stretch.

I think I know who the young guy in question is....he dated their daughter. He would not have had any kind of relationship with Lindsey, except maybe trying to impress her.
