we are thinking of getting a gas grill. we already have a charcoal one...i LOVE it.....any thoughts on gas grills??? pros/cons???

I dont have the cash. I did spen 300 bucks on an electric smoker. I can cook 5 briskets in it if I want. it was well worth the investment. digital readout with time and temp.

easy to add wood chips without interupting the cooking.

My daughter was bored tonight so she offered to treat me to dinner if I would go to the mexican restaurant with her. We had chicken quesadillas and chips and dip.

My hubby didn't want to clean up to go out so he warmed something in the microwave to eat.

the gas grill my husband is looking at can also smoke meat. hummm....i LOVE brisket! it also has a rotisserie. i just LOVE the charcoal taste...so i am not sure if i want gas or not????

I love a gas grill. Jon likes charcoal best but I vote for gas.

We had corn on the cob, fried okra, fried squash, and tomatoes out of our garden!!...That was it....Oh, yes, and a Diet Coke!
