Actually I was amazed that fingers ate. I was not aware that there was food to feed a finger with.

I looked the recipe up.

Pecan Pie Muffins
1 Cup packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
1 Cup chopped pecans
2/3 Cup butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten

Stir together sugar, flour and pecans. In separate bowl beat the butter and eggs together until smooth. Stir into dry ingredients just until combined.

Spoon batter into prepared (greased and floured) mini muffin cups. Cups should be about 2/3 full.

Bake these at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

I can't wait to try these. They are suppose to taste like pecan pie, and I love pecan pie!

Somehow I managed to enter before I finished the recipe!

Ok... Here's the plan (I think)

Meat & Cheese tray with bread & stuff to make into a sandwich if they wish..

Veggie tray with ranch dip

Fruit tray with strawberry fruit dip

Sausage Balls

Drunk Weiners

Sweet & Sour meatballs

Cheese Ball & crackers

Chocolate Chip cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies

Chips & Dip

Variety tray of fudge (chocolate, rocky road, and peanut butter)

Mixed Nuts

Cake

Drinks

Did I do okay?
Am I forgetting anything?
