.........YES OR NO....Maybe I did not place my choices in the best terms, but I think you should be able to understand them.
This hypothetical man has obeyed Acts 2:38 and tells others to obey it but he is a thief and a liar and remains nonrepentant.

Wow! I was just thinking about starting a thread about habitual liars in the church...You know the kind, they can be good at lying. They manipulate others and try to make themselves "bigger" than what they really are
This verse comes to mind
2Ti 3:6 For of these are those who creep into houses and lead captive silly women loaded with sins, led away with different kinds of lusts,
2Ti 3:13 But evil men and seducers will go forward to worse, deceiving and being deceived.
Rom 16:17 And I exhort you, brothers, to watch those making divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which you have learned, and avoid them.
Rom 16:18 For they who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches they deceive the hearts of the simple.

- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.

I voted. In fact I might add that such a person might not have ever been saved to begin with if they are unrepented of what they do and feel no remorse

How can he never be saved if he received the Holy Ghost and was baptized in Jesus name for the REMISSION of his sins??

Maybe he never really received the Holy Ghost...if the person is a habitual liar he might have faked it
